This Manage Staff Qualification feature allows you to:
- As an Individual, able to add work-related or academic qualifications to the their Records.
- As an Employer, able to identify which Staff is qualified and the levels of expertise they possess in those areas. This information can then be used to identify qualified staff when assigning to a project, task or other schedule item.
- As a Administrator, able to setup the Qualifications / Field of Study.
- Setup Programme Orientations (Administration)
- Setup Field of Study (Administration)
- Setup Qualification Level
- Setup Qualification Title
- Enable Security Role Permission (Administration)
- Manage Staff Qualification (Institution/Directory)
Setup Programme Orientations
Create Programme Orientation
1) Go to Administration > Education Structure > Dropdown list (Programme Orientations)
2) Select Add.
3) Enter the Name field > Save.
4) The message will be displayed upon adding successfully.
Edit Programme Orientation
1) Go to Administration > Education Structure > Dropdown list (Programme Orientations)
2) You will be able to see all the Programme Orientations being created.
3) Select Action Bar > Edit.
4) Update the Name >Save.
5) The message will be displayed upon updating successfully.
View Programme Orientation
1) Go to Administration > Education Structure > Dropdown list (Programme Orientations)
2) You will be able to see all the Programme Orientations being created.
3) Select Action Bar > View.
4) You will be able to see Additional details of Programme Orientation record
5) Similarly, you will be able to update or delete the record.
Delete Programme Orientation
1) Go to Administration > Education Structure > Dropdown list (Programme Orientations)
2) You will be able to see all the Programme Orientations being created.
3) Select Action Bar > Delete.
4) You will not be able to delete if the report card have associated records.
5) Else, if there are no associated record > Save.
6) You will be able to delete successfully.
Setup Field of Study
Create Field of Study
1) Go to Administration > Education Structure > Setup
2) Select Dropdown-list (Field of Studies).
3) You will be able to view a list of Field of Studies > Add
4) Enter the Name, select Education Programme Orientation > Save.
5) The record will be added successfully.
Edit Field of Study
1) Go to Administration > Education Structure > Setup
2) Select Dropdown-list (Field of Studies).
3) Select Action Bar > Edit.
4) You will be able to update the Name, Visibility and other fields > Save.
5) Successful message will be displayed upon selecting Save.
View Field of Study
1) Go to Administration > Education Structure > Setup
2) Select Dropdown-list (Field of Studies).
3) Select Action Bar > View.
4) You will be able to see a detailed information on the record.
5) Similarly, you will be able to update or delete the record.
Delete Field of Study
1) Go to Administration > Education Structure > Setup
2) Select Dropdown-list (Field of Studies).
3) Select Action Bar > Delete.
4) You will not be able to delete if the report card have associated records.
5) Else, if there are no associated record > Save.
6) You will be able to delete successfully.
Link Field of Studies to Education Programmes
1) Go to Administration > Education Structure > Programmes.
2) Action bar > Edit.
3) You will be able to update the Education Field of Study > Save.
4) Successful message will be displayed upon selecting Save.
Link Field of Studies to Education Subjects
1) Go to Administration > Education Structure > Setup > Subjects.
2) Action bar > Edit.
3) You will be able to add the Education Field of Study > Save.
4) Successful message will be displayed upon selecting Save.
Setup Qualification Level
Create Qualification Level
1) Go to Administration > Field Options > Qualification Level
2) Select Add
3) Enter Name > Save.
4) Successful message will be displayed upon saving.
Edit Qualification Level
1) Go to Administration > Field Options > Qualification Level
2) Go to Actions Bar > Edit
3) Update the Name > Save.
4) System will display a message upon saving successfully.
View Qualification Level
1) Go to Administration > Field Options > Qualification Level
2) Go to Actions Bar > View.
3) You will be able to see additional details of the record.
4) Similarly, you will be able to edit or delete the record.
Delete Qualification Level
1) Go to Administration > Field Options > Qualification Level
2) Go to Actions Bar > Delete.
3) You will not be able to delete if the report card have associated records.
4) Else, if there are no associated record > Save.
5) You will be able to delete the record successfully.
Setup Qualification Title
Create Qualification Title
1) Go to Administration > Field Options > Qualification Title
2) Select Add
3) Enter Name and Qualification Level > Save.
4) Successful message will be displayed upon saving.
Edit Qualification Title
1) Go to Administration > Field Options > Qualification Title
2) Go to Actions Bar > Edit
3) Update the Name and Qualification Level > Save.
4) System will display a message upon saving successfully.
View Qualification Title
1) Go to Administration > Field Options > Qualification Title
2) Go to Actions Bar > View.
3) You will be able to see additional details of the record.
4) Similarly, you will be able to edit or delete the record.
Delete Qualification Title
1) Go to Administration > Field Options > Qualification Title
2) Go to Actions Bar > Delete.
3) You will not be able to delete if the report card have associated records.
4) Else, if there are no associated record > Save.
5) You will be able to delete the record successfully.
Enable Permission for Staff Qualifications
Enable Security Role Permissions for Staff Qualifications
1) Go to Administration > Security Roles
2) Select on the Security Role and Allow all the Permission for the following actions.
Manage Staff Qualifications
Create Staff Qualifications
1) Go to Institutions > Staff > Professional Development > Qualifications
2) Select Add.
3) Enter all the required fields such as (Qualification Title, Field of Study). Upon selecting the Qualification Title, the Qualification Level will be displayed automatically.
4) Similarly, the Subjects linked to the Education Field of Study will be displayed under Qualification Specialisation, you may choose to select more than one subjects.
5) Select Save, System will display a successful message.
Edit Staff Qualifications
1) Go to Institutions > Staff > Professional Development > Qualifications
2) Select Actions Bar > Edit
3) You will be able to edit all the fields/attach certificate documents > Save.
4) Successful message will be displayed upon selecting Save.
View Staff Qualifications
1) Go to Institutions > Staff > Professional Development > Qualifications.
2) Select Actions Bar > View.
3) You will be able to see Additional details of Staff Qualification record
4) Similarly, you will be able to update or delete the record.
Delete Staff Qualifications
1) Go to Institutions > Staff > Professional Development > Qualifications
2) Select Actions Bar > Delete.
3) System will display a confirmation box that all associated records will be removed.
4) System will display a message upon removing successfully.
