Step 1. Configure Academic Period – Add new academic period with Start and End date for the school year.

Step 2. Copy Data using the Data Management Component – Select the From Academic Period, To Academic Period and Features to be copied as follows:
- Education Structure
- Institutions Programs, Grades and Subjects
- Shifts
- Infrastructure
- Performance Competencies
- Performance Outcomes
- Performance Assessment
- Report Card Template

Step 3. Setup Attendances – Configure attendance status for the new school year.

- Setup Classes
- Transfer Staff
- Assign Teachers to Classes
- Promote Students
- Graduate Students
- Repeat Students
- Transfer Students
Step 1. Create Classes – Create Classes/Subject Classes – Add new classes for the new school year.

Step 2. Transfer Staff – Transfer staff to other schools through Staff Transfer.

Step 3. Assign Teachers to Classes – Assign teachers to homeroom classes.

Step 4. Promote / Graduate / Repeat Students – Update students for the new school year.

Step 5. Transfer Students – Manage the transfer of students through an automated approval workflow between two schools.
