Configuring Feeder settings under Administration
Mass graduate student by Institution Feeder
1. Navigate to Administration > System Setup > System Configuration
2. In the dropdown list, select Student Settings
3. Under Automated Student Enrollment, select Edit
4. Select Feeder Institution
5. Click Save
6. A successful message will display that records are updated
Mass graduate student by Address Area
1. Navigate to Administration > System Setup > System Configuration
2. In the dropdown list, select Student Settings
3. Under Automated Student Enrollment, select Edit
4. Select Student Address Area
5. Click Save
6. A successful message will display that records are updated
7. Navigate to Administration > System Setup > System Configuration
8. In the dropdown list, select Institution
9. Under Validate Area Administration Level, select Edit
10. Select the Area in the dropdown
11. Click Save
12. A successful message will display that records are updated
13. Navigate to Administration > System Setup > System Configuration
14. In the dropdown list, select Default Institutions for Automated Student Enrolment
15. Click Add
16. Select the options from the fields
17. Click Save
18. A successful message will display that records are added
Mass Graduate Student via Outgoing Feeder
- This will send students who are due to graduate to the selected institution
- Please kindly ensure that the current institution does not offer the next education grade after the grade from which students are meant to graduate
- Please kindly ensure that the next institution offer the next education grade after the grade from which students are meant to graduate
1. Navigate to Institutions > Academic > Feeders > Outgoing (for current institution)
2. Click Add
3. Select the options from the fields (Please ensure that the selected academic period is the next academic period in which these students will be enrolled into the next grade.)
4. Click Save
5. A successful message will display that records are added
6. Navigate to Administration > Data Management > Copy
7. Click Add
8. Select the From Academic Period and To Academic Period from the dropdown list options
9. Select Mass Student Graduation as the feature option
10. Click Save
11. A successful message will display that records are added
